If you have already enrolled your children to attend camp but then later decide you want them to come for even more days for more fun, then you cannot add days using the same camp registration in the customer portal that you initially used to sign them up. Our Customer Portal currently requires you to use a different method, the modified enrollments function, to add days. But it is still relatively simple to add as many days as many times as you would like if you follow the instructions below. If your child is already currently enrolled in any days of our summer or school year camp and you attempt to register them for more days using the camp registration you will receive an error telling you that they are already enrolled in that particular camp.
Instead you will need to modify their current enrollment. Go to your “My Account” section and you will see a list of your children below. For each child there is a button for their “Enrollments.”
If you click on the enrollment button it will take you to a page showing all the classes and camps that child is currently enrolled. Summer camp will appear if they are currently enrolled. To add additional days of summer camp you will need to click on the “Modify Schedule” button.
After clicking on modified schedule, a checklist of all the days of the camp will appear. The days for which you’re already enrolled will already be checked.
Check the boxes for any and all days that you would like to add for your child summer camp enrollment. Then scroll to the bottom and click on the “Add to Cart” button.
A new camp enrollment will appear and the system will charge you the difference for the new additional days. From there you’re ready to check out.
