| Refunds | Refunds are available until Thursday, February 1 only with a doctor's note. Any refund requests requested after this date will be denied. Scratches must be documented on MeetMaker and the USA Gymnastics Meet reservation System. No refunds after February 1, 2024. |

| Scoring | ProScore. Scores will be published on meetscoresonline.com after each session concludes due to IT security in the school. Scores will not be published live. |

| Team Awards | Level 3 & Level 6-10 Team Awards will be presented after the end of each session in the competition using the top 3 scores per event.
The top six Level 4 & 5 teams will qualify to Team Finals on Sunday afternoon, March 17 using the Top 3 scores per event. A meeting regarding team finals will be held at the conclusion of the respective Level 4 and 5 session. If you are not at the meeting, your team will be bumped from finals and the next team on the list will take your place. NO ADDITIONAL TEAM ENTRY FEES ARE DUE. Team finals will begin with a clean slate and no scores will carry over from the previous day of competition. Teams will compete up to 5 athletes on a given event with the top 3 scores counting towards the team total. |
